SERS Online Member Services allows you to view and download items like SERS-related statements and tax forms. If you are an active member, a custom calculator also lets you estimate possible retirement benefits under various scenarios.
Even if you’ve used SERS Online Member Services in the past, there are two things
you need to do:
Create a new account. SERS has joined with other state agencies to offer the Keystone ID sign in, a single, secure way to access a number of different commonwealth services. Most SERS members will need to create a new Keystone ID.
Once you have a Keystone ID, you can simply use the box on this page to create a SERS PIN number and sign in.
Some SERS members may already have Keystone IDs that are used with
COMPASS, or the
Job Gateway, for example. If you already have a Keystone ID for
any of these programs, you do not need to create a new account specifically for
SERS. You can simply enter the user name and password you use for any of those programs
in the box in the upper right-hand corner of this page, your SERS PIN number, and
you’re ready to go!

Passwords expire after 270 days. If you are having trouble
